Here you can purchase my most popular and proven designs. All of these boards have been built and tested many times by myself and the Tree to Sea community. They can be found on the web and in the water. Feel free to check the forums for user feedback before you buy.
You'll dodge Charlie on this very chippy, very fast, Lis-inspired classic fish. I originally designed this board for a professional surfer who could shred and it is still sold as the "Waka" by Grain Surfboards.. He liked this twinny so much, he built two more. With only 7 ribs, she's even manageable enough for a NYC apartment build.

Say hello to Vola. She was inspired by a recent pilgrimage to Mexico where I saw flying fish in the barrel and in the air (Vola is the local word for flying fish). This snappy little sushi is perfect for fine ripping barrels. A little extra edge bring these classic lines into the modern age (and into the green room).

A classic retro-egg inspired by Joel Tudor's "Good Karma". The Woodchip is small and wide with a little rocker and very slight kick. A flat bottom makes for a nice plane and full rails give it a smooth turn. I've designed the nose with a broad tip, but a full rounded nose is always an option.

This is one of my most popular designs. Grain Surfboards sells it as the Wherry The Striper is a "rocket hybrid fish". That means she has her wide-point a bit aft and a fairly symmetrical outline. A nice fair curve gives her a whiff of that funboard feeling but she'll take a thrashing like a thruster especially with a sa-weet quad get-up. Middle of the road rocker makes this fish slip through the water more like an eel.

I designed the Shingle fin specifically for my local break in Maine where we often had big but mushy waves. With a little less rocker I found I could get into the wave earlier. Then one day when it was firing, I discovered she had an alter ego. I've been told she "hangs tight" even on a steep face. The name comes from the original fin I made from recycled shingles. Check out the "rising sun" fin that rose from a dumpster. The big single fin encourages grace from the rider.

As the name suggests, the Mini Malibu Funboard, is a fun board. An all around performer she'll ride like a longboard, turn like a mid size, and paddle somewhere in between. A great board for diverse waves. Works great as a swivelly single or a tri fin. I've even seen it as a quad.

Oh the Wing. I love my Wing. Always there for me no matter what the sea has to offer. She is just a joy to ride. She planes, she pumps, she points. I've had more epiphanies on this board than any other. She's really enhanced my life.

The Waterlog is what longboarding should be. A classic ride with plenty of waxy real estate. Very slight concave up front endow the Waterlog with excellent nose riding capabilities. Add a nice beefy fin and hello Big Wednesday.
