Fitting Skins

I fit the deck skins a couple panels at a time to avoid problems with the compound curve nearer the nose.  The deck has quite a bit of dome, which combined with the rocker I thought might split the solid cedar skins. Not at all necessary for the bottom, but I found that getting a perfect fit on the edge was easier this way for some reason.

Welcome to The Tree to Sea Network

Tree to Sea (t2s) is your point source for all things hollow, wooden, and surfboard. Here you'll find education, inspiration and if your not careful, an addiction for wood, water, and waves. This site is a social network (sort of like Facebook, but grassroots).
